This product is a replacement product of magnesia carbon bricks and aluminum magnesia carbon bricks for refining ladle. This product is mainly made of special grade bauxite, corundum, sintered spinel, fused magnesia and various additives as raw materials, and is formed by machine pressing or pouring. This product satisfies the requirement of non-carbonization of refined ladle, at the same time it reduces the labor intensity of the steel plant, saves the time of building the ladle, and is well received by users.

Scope Application and Effect: It can be widely applied in various ladle liners, especially in finer ladle liners, such as LF, CAS - OB and RH finer ladle liners.As it is carbonless ,it can meet the requirement of clean steel production, it has a longer service life than magnesia carbon brick and alumina magnesia carbon brick, When it is used in 160 ton RH , LF and AHF ladles in Benxi Steel works,it has a service life of 140 times and even up to 150 times.
